Hot Corn

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

  • 2 16-ounce cans white shoepeg corn
  • 1 stick (4 ounces) butter
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1 4-ounce can diced jalapeños
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place ingredients in a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Cook until melted (about 15-20 minutes)
  4. Stir until ingredients are well combined

Alternative cooking method: place ingredients in slow-cooker on High for 45 minutes or until melted and combined, stir often.

Serves: 6-8
