2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup butter — melted
8 slices firm bread

Mix ingredients except bread. Dip bread into mixture. Place in well greased pan. Bake 400 degrees 15 minutes. Turn and bake 10 minutes.
