1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 cup rounded cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans — chopped

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs. Beat. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
