1 square unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons light cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Melt chocolate. Let cool.

Combine sugar, butter, and cream. Beat until smooth.

Stir in cooled chocolate and vanilla.

Yield: “3/4 cup”
