CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH

4 cups cranberries
2 oranges
1 1/2 cups sugar

Put the cranberries through a food chopper or food processor. (If frozen cranberries are used do not thaw first.) Oranges should be quartered and seeded. Add sugar. Mix well and chill several hours.

Yield: “1 quart”
