EASY PENUCHE ICING

Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time: 0:00 Categories : Frosting 1/2 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar (packed) 1/4 cup milk 2 cups powdered sugar Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in brown sugar. Boil and stir over low heat 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir until it stops boiling. Stir in milk. Bring to boil, stiring constantly. Cool to lukewarm. Gradually stir in powdered sugar. If too thick, add a little milk. If you get too much milk, set bowl in a bowl of ice water and it will thicken up again. Ice your cake!
