1/3 cup Milk
1/4 cup butter
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar

Combine in pan the milk and butter. Bring JUST to boil, stirring. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat till thick enough to spread.

Yield: “2 9 inch layers”
