GOOSEBERRY PIE

Pastry for 2 crust pie
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
4 cups fresh or frozen gooseberries

Toss gooseberries with sugar and flour just to coat each berry. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Top with crust. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours??????

Yield: “9 inch pie plate”
