JEAN’S SHORTBREAD COOKIES

8 oz. butter
4 oz. sugar
7 oz. corn starch (1 1/2 cups)
7 oz. flour

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add corn starch and flour and mix well.

Roll out into a log. Cut and press with a mold.

Bake 300 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.
