1 cup corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter — melted
1/3 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans — chopped

Mix and pour into pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
