POTATO AND CARROT CASSEROLE

Potatoes
carrots
butter
1 tablespoon chives
cheese — grated

Cut up potatoes and carrots. Boil until Liquid is almost gone. Add butter and chives. Mash a bit. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until bubbly. About 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
