3 cups All-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking soda
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups buckwheat flour or whole wheat, or oat
flour, or a combination
1 cup seven whold grain cereal (Health Food
Store
1 cup cornmeal
4 tablespoons wheat germ

Thoroughly blend and store in refrigerator. Makes 7 1/2 cups, enough for 15 batches of 5 pancakes.

Yield: “15 batches of 5 pancakes”
