2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
4 tablespoons oil

Beat eggs and milk until real foamy. Blend in dry ingredients slowly. Add shortening. Makes 7 round waffles.
