- 3 TBSP onion powder
- 1 TBSP chili powder
- 1 TBSP crushed dried red pepper (optional)
- 1 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 2 TBSP salt
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- 1 TBSP garlic powder
- 1 TBSP cumin
Mix in a bowl and store in a zip-lock bag. Use to taste in ground beef or meat of choice. Will season about 4 pounds of ground beef.
