BERNAISE SAUCE

Recipe By : Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time: 0:00 Categories : Sauce 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon tarragon 1/2 teaspoon shallots -- finely chopped Combine and cover. Refrigerate until ready to use. Then warm gently before serving.
