2 cups Ricotta Cheese
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese — shredded
1/2 cup Parmasan Cheese — grated
2 eggs — well beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons parsley — chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 dash pepper
Combine above. Stuff shells. Place in 9 x 12 dish and cover with tomato sauce. Bake 350° 35 minutes.
