CHOCOLATE BOURBON PECAN PIE
Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time: 0:00 Categories : Pies 1 9 inch pie shell 1/2 cup chocolate Chips 3 eggs -- beaten 6 tablespoons butter -- melted 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup Karo syrup 1 tablespoon flour 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla 2 tablespoons bourbon 1 cup tasted pecans -- chopped Bake pie shell 5 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips in pie shell. Add all other ingredients but nuts, beating constantly until well mixed. Then add nuts. Add Vanilla-almond whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes.
