CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES

Beat in egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Place 1 rounded tablespoon of batter into cupcake cups. Bake 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and spoon 1 tablespoon of topping over each cup cake. Bake another 15 minutes. Topping: Beat sugar, egg, and salt until very thick. Then stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and vanilla. Description: "Cake" Yield: "12 each"
