CINNAMON WAFERS

Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time: 0:00 Categories : Cookie 2/3 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 egg -- slightly beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup milk Cream butter. Gradually add sugar and cinnamon; then egg and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Begin and end with flour. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 375 degrees 8 minutes or until edges slightly brown. Cool on wire rack. Description: "cookie" Yield: "6 1/2 dozen"
