Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time: 0:00 Categories : Breakfast 1 10" pie crust 1 pound bacon -- crisp and crumbled 1 cup cheddar cheese 1/3 cup minced onion 4 eggs 2 cups whipping cream 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon cayenne Sprinkle bacon, cheddar cheese and onion in bottom of pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over above. Bake 15 minutes at 425° Then reduce heat to 300° and bake for 30 minutes until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
