1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

Mix sugar and cocoa in sauce pan. Stir in butter, milk, and corn syrup. Bring to boil. Boil 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. When cool, stir in confectioners sugar.

Yield: “1 Cake”
