SUGAR AND SPICE PECANS
Recipe By : Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time: 0:00 Categories : Nuts 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon allspice 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1 egg white 2 1/2 tablespoons water 8 cups pecans Combine all ingredients but pecans. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Spread in lightly greased, foil lined jelly roll pan. Bake 275° for 50 to 55 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from pan and cool on wax paper.
