1 pound pecan halves
1/3 cup butter — melted
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Melt butter. Stir in the next four ingredients. Mix well. Pour over pecans in large roasting pan. Mix well to coat.
Bake 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir several times. Cool.
Store in air tight container.
