8 ounces Cream cheese
1/4 cup concentrated orange juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 dash salt
1/4 cup pecans — finely chopped
Cream the cheese, add all ingredients except pecans. When well blended, fold in pecans. Chill. Serve over jello mold.
