Baldock GREEN CHILE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS Tony 2 cans of cream of chicken 2 cans of chopped green chile Corn tortillas (optional: lightly fried) 1-2 lbs of cooked cut up chicken Shredded cheese Chopped onion to taste Optional: lightly fry the tortillas in a skillet with oil first. Mix all ingredients together and add a dash of milk to make a little creamier. Cook in oven about 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. Top with cheese at the end.
