Baked Cheddar Eggs
Makes 8 servings
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Â¾ cup Half & Half
1 Â¼ cups milk
1 tbl. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dill
Grease a 9 x 13â€ baking dish and spread Cheddar cheese on the bottom. Mix Half & Half, milk, mustard, and eggs together. Pour mixture over the cheese. Sprinkle pepper and dill over the top of the dish. Sprinkle with paprika. This can be covered and refrigerated overnight.
Bake at 350Ëš for 30 minutes, or until set.
To make 6 servings:
1 Â½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Â½ cup Half & Half
1 cup milk
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Â¾ tsp. dill
Follow directions above using a 7 x 11â€ baking dish.
Variation: Delete mustard and dill. Add 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.
