2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
1 3/4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
Beat egg yolks, stir in milk & oil. Add flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Stir just until large lumps disappear. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter. Bake & serve. Bake for 4 minutes for crisper waffles.
