Sprinkle lightly with lemon-pepper seasoning. Broil 2 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove to hot platter. Carve meat in thin slices, diagonally across the grain. Pour butter sauce over slices. Butter Sauce: Combine all ingredients in small pan. Heat thoroughly.
