3/4 cup milk
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Whisk above ingredients together.
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in skillet until melted. Add 4 1 inch thick slices of Challa bread dipped in above mixture. Fry on each side for about 4 minutes.
