1 cup sugar
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cook sugar, chocolate chips, and milk over medium heat until chocolate melts and comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.
